* How do I become a member? 

Step 1: sign up for an account here. 

Step 2: respond to our required Confirmation Request email.

Step 3: contribute here.

Step 4: approval will be granted for access upon receipt of contribution. You will be notified by email of login availability, usually within 24 hours of submission.

* How do I trade?

Start by opening an online brokerage account. There are many great ones and some suggestions are Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, TD Ameritrade, OptionsHouse, Charles Schwab, Merrill Edge, E*Trade, etc. Robinhood and Webull are brokerage platforms that charge zero commission for most trades.

* How long should I hold my trades?

We mainly focus on swing trades by providing ranges for entry and exit targets. If you wish to day trade a stock, you should make the range tighter. E.g. swing trade, entry: $20.00 & exit: $25.00 but if day trade, entry: $20.00 & exit: $21.40. Also, we mark certain stocks as potential investments if you wish to hold long term. Sometimes your day trade could turn into a swing trade or an investment. The goal is we try our best to provide you with the lowest and realistic entry but you may trade it however you wish.

* What is the difference between swing trading and day trading?

When you swing trade, you hold a position from a few days to a few weeks. If you day trade, you buy and sell within the same day. With the exception of certain ETFs or ETNs, we recommend swing trading over day trading.

* What are my privacy concerns?

We place your privacy in the highest regards with our utmost priority. Any collected information is strictly used for verification purposes only. 

* Why do you need my phone number?

We use it for customer service verification and mobile text alerts. 

* What are my payment options?

We only accept PayPal for donations/contributions (non-refundable)

* How do I use promo codes?

Inquire via email and include promo code in the subject line.

* Why can't I log into my account, am I blocked?

Unless you forget your password, donations/contributions are greatly appreciated for granted access. If you have donated/contributed prior to signing up for an account, please be sure to notify us via email for confirmation.

* How do I cancel my membership?

Your account is automatically deactivated upon subscription expiration. All donations and contributions are non-refundable.

* What are your hours of operation?

We provide services on business days (5 days/week), Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm eastern.
